The Pierre Berger s.a. Design Office is involved in major project Advice and Management. Our activities :

Advising on a project outline:

Formulating objectives, needs definition, Feasibility study, investment and profitability calculation Defining required services, creating overall schedule

Forming the project team:

Choosing its members, preparing service provider contracts, breaking down the assignment

Project management:

Directing the project team, coordinating studies. Allocating tasks and checking they are followed up, Checking that the project complies with the standards. On-going information to the client

Monitoring the project application:

Calls for tenders and analyses, contractor contracts, Works management, detailed schedules Assistance for provisional and final acceptance
